This is the space to describe the service. Focus the description on how customers or clients can benefit from using this service: explain how it solves a problem, or makes life easier or more enjoyable.
Be sure to include all the relevant details users will want to know, like pricing, duration, and location. If they'll need to prepare or bring anything with them, let them know here. Give users an idea of what to expect from the service and tell them how to book it.

it not only plug connection that cause the low Riso, damage panels ,cracked glass water ingress where the backing sheet delaminated from the monocrystalline cell, this can only be checked by thermal imaging camera

3. Performance & Energy Production
-
Module Condition: Look for cracked glass, discoloration (delamination), hot spots, or snail trail contaminants.
-
Mounting/Racking: Check for loose bolts, corrosion, rust, or broken clamps holding the panels to the roof or ground.
-
Roof Penetrations: Ensure flashing and seals are intact to prevent water leaks.
-
Wire Management: Check that conduits are secure, cables are not rubbing against sharp edges (which can cut insulation), and there is no UV damage to exposed cables.
-
String Voltage (Vdc): Compare measured DC voltage from each string of panels against the expected value (based on temperature and sunlight). A missing or low string indicates a blown fuse, disconnected wire, or failed panel.
-
String Current (Idc): Under full sun, check that each string produces roughly the same current. A string with much lower current may have shading, soiling, or a failing panel.
-
Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) & Short Circuit Current (Isc): (During testing) Verify these match the nameplate specifications adjusted for temperature.
-
Inverter Output: Check AC voltage, frequency, and power output. Compare real-time production to modeled production (e.g., using PVWatts).
-
Soiling/Shading: Check for bird droppings, dust, leaves, snow, or new tree growth that blocks sunlight.
4. Inverter & Electronics Health
-
Error Codes/Faults: Check the inverter display or monitoring app for active or historical fault codes.
-
Cooling/Ventilation: Ensure fans are running (if equipped) and heat sinks are not blocked by dust or debris. Overheating reduces efficiency and lifespan.
-
Disconnects (AC/DC): Verify that all safety disconnects are in the correct position and operate smoothly.
-
Monitoring Communication: Check that the inverter is successfully sending data to the web portal or building management system.
Solar PV Servicing why is it important & What We Are Checking For ?
We are typically checking for a combination of safety, performance, and compliance issues.
1. Electrical Safety (The #1 Priority)
-
Grounding Integrity: Verify that all equipment (panels, racking, inverters) is properly grounded to prevent electric shock and fire.
-
Polarity: Ensure DC wires are connected correctly (+ to +, - to -). Reverse polarity can damage equipment or cause arcing.
-
Overcurrent Protection: Check that fuses and breakers are correctly sized for the wire gauge and panel string configuration.
-
Arc Fault Protection: (For modern systems) Verify that the arc-fault circuit interrupter is functional to detect dangerous electrical arcing.
-
Insulation Resistance: Check for degraded wire insulation that could cause leakage current to ground.
2. Mechanical & Structural Integrity
